On Saturday, May 10, former Hanahan High School standout Anderson Thrower’s current college team, the Francis Marion Patriots, won 7-0 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Wingate Bulldogs.

The game took place at FMU Softball Stadium. This was their fourth matchup against the Bulldogs this season.

The Patriots’ next game is scheduled for Thursday, May 15 at 1 p.m. at FMU Softball Stadium against North Georgia Nighthawks.
