The Citadel Bulldogs secured a 22-3 victory over the UT Martin Skyhawks in their NCAA Division I baseball game on Saturday, March 14, at 3 p.m., with former Hanahan High School player Riley Ballard on the roster.
Skyhawk Baseball Field served as the site of the game. This contest marked the second meeting between the two teams this season. The Bulldogs previously fell to the Skyhawks, 3-2, in their Friday, March 13, matchup.
Ballard gave up three earned runs across four innings and posted four walks along with four strikeouts.
The Bulldogs will meet UT Martin Skyhawks again at Skyhawk Baseball Field on Sunday, March 15, at 1 p.m.
