The Citadel Bulldogs, with former Stratford High School star Jacob Deacon on the roster, secured an 8-4 victory against the UT Martin Skyhawks in their NCAA Division I baseball matchup on Sunday, March 15, at 1 p.m.

Skyhawk Baseball Field hosted the teams for the third time this season. The previous meeting on Saturday, March 14, saw the Bulldogs earn a 22-3 win.

Deacon pitched 1.1 innings, allowing one earned run, with two walks and one strikeout.

The Bulldogs are set to play again Tuesday, March 17, at 3 p.m. at Foley Field, facing the Georgia Bulldogs.
