Rep. Nancy Mace, U.S. Congresswoman representing South Carolina’s 1st district since 2021, shared a series of posts on her social media account addressing recent legal and political issues.

On October 10, 2025, Mace wrote about an ongoing court matter: “Headed in to court tomorrow to face Patrick Bryant and his God-awful attorney, Barrett Brewer, over the court sanctions. Rape victim Jane Doe and I accumulated over $100k in legal fees to fight their lawfare. And WE WON! Now they need to pay up. Good luck boys, bring that”.

Shortly after, she commented on U.S. foreign policy under former President Donald Trump: “Under President Trump, we’re not just “mediating” foreign conflicts, we’re ending them.”

Later the same morning, Mace addressed concerns regarding the criminal justice system: “Justice delayed is justice denied. Alexander Dickey racked up nearly 40 arrests and was still roaming free until he murdered Logan Federico in cold blood. Logan Federico deserves real justice. We are calling on the Department of Justice to pursue the death penalty in this case” (posted October 10, 2025).

Nancy Mace has served in Congress since 2021 after previously holding office in the South Carolina House of Representatives from 2018 to 2020. She succeeded Joe Cunningham as representative for South Carolina’s 1st district and currently resides in Charleston. Born in Fort Bragg, North Carolina in 1977, Mace graduated from The Citadel with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1999.
