U.S. Representative Nancy Mace, who represents South Carolina’s 1st district in Congress, published a series of statements on her social media account on February 20, 2026. Her posts addressed topics ranging from government transparency on unidentified aerial phenomena (UAP) and UFO files, to concerns over missing evidence in the Epstein trafficking investigation, and support for local STEM education initiatives.
In a post dated February 19, 2026, Mace wrote: “Tonight, President Trump is directing full disclosure of UAP and UFO files. In October, I wrote to DoD, CIA, NSA, and DNI demanding exactly that. The truth belongs to the American people.”
Later that evening, she commented on recent developments regarding the Epstein case: “The Epstein global trafficking network is bigger than we could have imagined. Over 3 million documents have been released to the public, and we still don’t have answers. Videos are missing. Audio recordings are missing. Logs are missing. There are probably millions more”.
On the morning of February 20th, Mace highlighted her office’s engagement with a Charleston-based educational initiative: “Our office met with the Lowcountry Maritime School, an organization working with elementary and middle schools to provide a one-of-a-kind STEM based learning experience for students in the Charleston area. Students work throughout the school year to build wooden skiffs,”.
Nancy Mace has represented South Carolina’s 1st congressional district since 2021 after serving previously in the South Carolina House of Representatives from 2018 to 2020. She was born in Fort Bragg, North Carolina in 1977 and currently resides in Charleston. Mace earned a Bachelor of Science degree from The Citadel in 1999.
