Rep. Nancy Mace, a U.S. Congresswoman representing South Carolina’s 1st district, posted a series of critical tweets on December 11, 2025, addressing state Attorney General Alan Wilson and expressing frustration with the lack of action on threats against conservatives and the implementation of former President Trump’s agenda.

In her first post at 13:26 UTC, Mace wrote: “Imagine being ‘Attorney General’ and flying 500 miles for the sole purpose of dismissing death threats against a single mom. Let that sink in. SC’s top law enforcement officer thinks threats against conservatives is a joke, but prosecuting violent criminals and p*dophiles? https://t.co/cp08zxecMP”

Minutes later, at 13:29 UTC, she directed another tweet at Wilson: “Alan, that double chin has to go @AGAlanWilson – you look like you eat too many steaks at too many fancy steak houses and don’t prosecute p*dophiles, am I right?”

Later that day at 14:10 UTC, Mace commented on national politics: “President Trump won in a landslide, on his agenda. Congress has yet to implement it. The time is NOW before it is too LATE. https://t.co/sA9Eq8iwK4”

Mace has served in Congress since 2021 after previously serving in the South Carolina House of Representatives from 2018 to 2020. She was born in Fort Bragg, North Carolina in 1977 and currently resides in Charleston. In addition to her political career, she graduated from The Citadel with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1999.
