Rep. Nancy Mace, who represents South Carolina’s 1st district in the U.S. Congress, used her social media platform on March 10, 2026, to address legislative efforts targeting violent crime and congressional transparency.
In a post from March 10, Mace stated: “Violent criminals often don’t start with people, they start with defenseless animals. We’re not waiting for them to escalate.
The Illegal Alien Animal Abuser Removal Act sends a very clear message: abuse animals, get deported. Immediately. No second chances.

Later that day, she addressed concerns about congressional accountability by writing: “If you’re not mad 357 members of Congress made the conscious decision to cover up sexual harassment records, you aren’t paying enough attention.” This statement referenced recent disclosures regarding the handling of sexual harassment records within Congress.
On the evening of March 10, Mace posted about legislation aimed at protecting women and children from violence by undocumented immigrants: “Illegal immigrants with a record of violence against women and kids should immediately be deported. No endless hearings, no bureaucratic delays, just swift removal and the protection of innocent people.
