Rep. Nancy Mace, who represents South Carolina’s 1st district in the U.S. Congress, recently shared updates on her legislative activity and political views through a series of posts on her official X (formerly Twitter) account.

On September 19, 2025, Mace announced her ranking among House members for legislative productivity, writing, ” MACE WIN: Just ranked Top 5 in the ENTIRE House for bills introduced. Later that day, she commented on recent controversies involving conservative activist Charlie Kirk. At 17:26 UTC, Mace posted, “If the Left has learned nothing else this week, attacking Charlie Kirk is a guaranteed way to end your career.”

At 18:32 UTC, she followed up with another post referencing Rep. Ilhan Omar’s vote regarding condemnation of an assassination attempt on Charlie Kirk: “Is anyone surprised Omar voted against condemning Charlie Kirk’s assassination? After all she thinks Charlie Kirk was a “reprehensible human being” and a “stochastic terrorist.” https://t.co/tHmDFNpwcE”

Mace has served in Congress since 2021 after previously serving in the South Carolina House of Representatives from 2018 to 2020. She replaced Joe Cunningham as representative for South Carolina’s 1st district and currently resides in Charleston. Born in Fort Bragg, North Carolina in 1977, Mace is also noted as a graduate of The Citadel in 1999 with a Bachelor of Science degree.
