Rep. Nancy Mace, U.S. Congresswoman representing South Carolina’s 1st district, shared a series of updates on June 1, 2026, addressing issues ranging from senior fraud prevention to constituent services and education for military families.
In her first post at 15:30 UTC, Mace highlighted the vulnerability of seniors to scams and emphasized the need for better training among those positioned to prevent fraud. She stated, “Seniors are among the biggest targets for scammers. Every day, criminals prey on older Americans and steal hard-earned savings. Too often, the people who could help stop fraud lack the training needed to recognize the warning signs. We voted YES on the Fraud and Scam Reduction https://t.co/kndJqJuetE” (June 1, 2026).
One hour later, Mace provided a report on her office’s recent activities in her district. She wrote, “LOWCOUNTRY UPDATE

Later that afternoon at 17:30 UTC, Mace addressed educational concerns affecting military families. She announced new legislation aimed at schools overseen by the Department of Defense. According to her post, “Our military families sacrifice everything for this country. The very least we can do is make sure their kids are getting an education, not a political agenda. We introduced the No Woke Indoctrination of Military Kids Act because no child in a school overseen by the Department https://t.co/3BhQwRmOET” (June 1, 2026).
Mace has served in Congress since replacing Joe Cunningham in 2021 and previously held office in the South Carolina House of Representatives from 2018 to 2020. Born in Fort Bragg in 1977 and currently residing in Charleston, she graduated from The Citadel with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1999.
