Rep. Nancy Mace, a member of the U.S. Congress representing South Carolina’s 1st district since 2021, recently posted several statements on her official Twitter account addressing legislative priorities and commemorative observances.
On March 28, 2026, Mace expressed strong support for proposed legislation, writing: “If you aren’t supporting the SAVE America Act, you are the problem.”
The following day, March 29, she marked Vietnam War Veterans Day with a message acknowledging veterans’ sacrifices: “Today we recognize Vietnam War Veterans Day. Mace has represented South Carolina’s coastal district since defeating former congressman Joe Cunningham in 2021. Prior to her tenure in Congress, she served in the South Carolina House of Representatives from 2018 to 2020. Born at Fort Bragg in North Carolina in 1977 and currently residing in Charleston, Mace graduated from The Citadel with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1999.
