On December 17, 2025, Mace announced new legislation with the post: “American citizens should not be expected to blindly subsidize healthcare costs for illegal aliens.
INTRODUCING the American Citizenship Healthcare Integrity Act, legislation to bring transparency and accountability to healthcare costs imposed on American taxpayers by illegal”. The bill aims to increase transparency regarding healthcare expenditures related to undocumented immigrants.
