U.S. Representative Nancy Mace, who serves South Carolina’s 1st district in Congress, posted a series of comments on her social media account on September 19, 2025. The tweets addressed issues related to congressional transparency, international relations, and a recent vote in the House.

In her first post at 14:11 UTC, Mace questioned a fellow lawmaker’s approach to public engagement: “If @RepMillsPress supports the First Amendment so much why does he have his comments closed so no one can reply? “

Later that day at 14:34 UTC, she referenced an international political relationship involving another member of Congress: “Somalia’s Former PM calling Ilhan Omar their asset in Congress tells you everything you need to know. https://t.co/wJFrCzwJ53”

At 15:06 UTC, Mace commented on a legislative decision regarding the condemnation of violence against a political figure: “58 Democrats just voted NO on condemning Charlie Kirk’s assassination.”
