The FDA website indicates that the citations were delivered to the company as follows:
‘You did not maintain your plant in a clean and sanitary condition and keep your plant in repair.’
‘You did not clean and sanitize your utensils or equipment in a manner that protects against allergen cross-contact and contamination.’
‘You did not exclude pests from your food plant to protect against contamination of food.’
‘You did not identify and hold raw materials and other ingredients that are food allergens, and rework that contains food allergens, in a manner that protects against allergen cross-contact.’
