Rep. Nancy Mace, a U.S. Congresswoman representing South Carolina’s 1st district since 2021, addressed issues of justice for victims and judicial appointments in a series of posts on February 15 and 16, 2026.
In her first post on February 15, Mace stated, “Victims in our country RARELY get the justice they deserve, but what they NEVER get is an apology. Not from their abusers, not from their government, or from the people who are supposed to protect them. The Epstein victims know it, we know it, and victims around the world know”.
Later that evening, she commented on judicial influence over federal appointments: “We introduced the No Appointment by Rogue Judges Act to ensure Left-wing activist judges can no longer put politics above the interest of the American people. When a rogue judge removes a U.S. Attorney, like Alina Habba, who was hand selected by the duly elected President and”.
On February 16, Mace referenced ongoing international scrutiny regarding high-profile individuals connected to trafficking investigations: “If foreign law enforcement wants to collaborate with Congress and the Oversight Committee to bring former Prince Andrew in to testify we are ALL FOR IT. Even his own country took his title away. We are all for ANYONE involved in the trafficking of women and children to be”.
Nancy Mace has been active in Congress since replacing Joe Cunningham in 2021 and previously served in the South Carolina House of Representatives from 2018 to 2020. Born in Fort Bragg, North Carolina in 1977 and currently residing in Charleston, she graduated from The Citadel with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1999.
