Rep. Nancy Mace, who represents South Carolina’s 1st district in the U.S. Congress, posted a series of tweets on October 16, 2025, addressing topics ranging from foreign aid spending to law enforcement and media appearances.

In a tweet posted at 20:29 UTC, Mace criticized proposed foreign aid allocations, stating, “The Left wants to fund:
– $13M for civic engagement in Zimbabwe
– $2M for feminist governance in Africa
– $60K for “listening tours” in Timor-Leste

This isn’t foreign aid.
It’s foreign insanity.”

Later that evening, at 20:51 UTC, she announced an upcoming television appearance, writing, “Joining @EveningEdit on @FoxBusiness at the top of the hour.

TUNE IN! “

At 21:33 UTC, Mace commented on the enforcement of laws and deportation of violent criminals, stating, “If enforcing our laws and deporting violent criminals is “authoritarian,” then Crazy Bernie has officially lost the plot.

Keeping Americans safe isn’t tyranny, it’s government’s first job.”

Nancy Mace has served in Congress since 2021, succeeding Joe Cunningham, and previously held a seat in the South Carolina House of Representatives from 2018 to 2020. She was born in Fort Bragg, North Carolina, in 1977 and currently resides in Charleston. Mace is also a graduate of The Citadel, earning her Bachelor of Science degree in 1999.
