Nancy Mace has served as the representative for South Carolina’s 1st district since replacing Joe Cunningham in 2021. Before her tenure in Congress, she served in the South Carolina House of Representatives from 2018 to 2020. Born in Fort Bragg, North Carolina, in 1977, Mace currently resides in Charleston and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from The Citadel, which she earned in 1999.
