Berkeley County Government issued the following announcement on July 26.
Flagging operations will occur on Royle Road starting 9 a.m. TODAY, Monday, July 26. Work will occur 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily through Thursday, July 29, as crews install a storm drain in connection with the Sangaree Parkway and Royle Road Intersection Improvement Project.
Throughout the duration of the work, one lane of travel will always remain open with flaggers for traffic control. Motorists are advised to drive with caution in the area.
