Congratulations to the 2021 Dixie Softball Angels Traditional and their Coaches!
Tonight at Town Council Mayor Michael Lockliear made a proclamation for their success....
PROCLAMATION
WHEREAS, the Town of Moncks Corner Town Council is proud to recognize the achievements of the 2021 Dixie Softball Angels Traditional; and
WHEREAS, the 2021 Dixie Softball Angels Traditional proudly hosted the seven team Dixie Softball World Series in Moncks Corner, SC; and
WHEREAS, the 2021 Dixie Softball Angels Traditional, under the outstanding leadership of Head Coach Ricky Driggers, Assistant Coaches Michael Lovell and KY Myers, ended the season as the runner up in the 2021 World Series, played in Moncks Corner, SC; and
WHEREAS, the 2021 Dixie Softball Angels Traditional Team were led by an outstanding group of players namely; Emma Cummings, Madelynn DeAntonio, Natalie Dephouse, Emma Drawdy, Kylie Driggers, Baylee Gregory, Presley Lovell, Kennedy Lund, Ava Miller, Lily Myers, Rileigh Vernarec, and Kylee West.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, Michael A. Lockliear, Mayor and Town Council Members of the Town of Moncks Corner, County of Berkeley, State of South Carolina are deeply proud of the 2021 Dixie Softball Angels Traditional and their Coaches and hereby acknowledge and applaud their achievements.
