Drb

Mount Pleasant issued the following announcement on September 13.

Mount Pleasant, S.C. (September 13, 2021) - Clinical Director of Physical Therapy Kim Durst with doctors, physical therapists, and staff members, together with Mount Pleasant Council Member Kathy Landing, today participated in the ribbon-cutting ceremony for Axis Hand and Physical Therapy, located at 1000 Johnnie Dodds Blvd. Suite 101.

The Occupational and Physical Therapists at Axis Hand and Physical Therapy are prepared to treat a multitude of conditions with their exceptional evaluation skills and manual therapy techniques. Their goal is to improve patient pain levels and to assist in eliminating the need for prescription medications so that patients can return to the activities they enjoy.

"We're a part of South Carolina Sports Medicine and we are so excited about expanding to the heart of Mount Pleasant", Kim Durst said. "If you do have any aches and pains, you do not need a referral. You can come in and see us".

Axis Hand and Physical Therapy has a state-of-the-art facility with a relaxed warm environment. Patients can expect to communicate with a highly experienced and professional staff and receive immediate appointments, even in the early morning and evening hours.
