City of Goose Creek recently issued the following announcement.
Join us in the Goose Creek Community Center gym for an evening full of carnival games, candy & prizes, cupcake walk, Halloween crafts, & a costume contest at 6 pm! Age groups for the contest are 0-3, 4-7, & 8-12. Event is free.
