Charleston County Parks & Recreation recently issued the following announcement.

In this program, children learn what differentiates climate from weather while gaining a better understanding of our world. Our coastal communities are experiencing the effects of a changing climate and we will study that landscape, discuss solutions, and participate in a fun activity.
Ages 7-12. One chaperone per registered child is required to attend, but not required to register. Chaperones are not required to accompany child during program but must stay in the park for the duration of the program. Non-registered children may not attend this program.
