Berkeley County Government recently issued the following announcement.
The 32nd Annual Candlelight Memorial Service, commemorating victims and families who have been affected by a drunk or drugged driver, will be Tuesday, December 7 at 6:30 p.m. at Moncks Corner AME Church, located at 306 W. Main Street in Moncks Corner.
The Berkeley County Prevention Board has hosted the event annually since 1989 to increase awareness of driving while impaired, to remember loved ones who have lost their lives and all those who have been affected by crashes involving drunk drivers.
