City of Goose Creek issued the following announcement on December 7.
Update from our Department of Public Works: This Christmas, our Sanitation crews will not be picking up yard debris on Tuesday, Dec. 21, and Wednesday, Dec. 22. These are the 2 days that our crews will have double shifts because of the Christmas holidays. In addition, for those 2 days, DPW will only pick up bulk items that are called in. This ensures that we use our equipment and manpower as efficiently as possible. To request a bulk-item pick-up, call (843) 824-2200. Thank you!
