Berkeley County Government issued the following announcement on December 9.
Seasons greetings! Ruby the Elf is loves to greet people at the Berkeley County welcome desk, located in the front lobby of the County Administration Building in Moncks Corner.
And our hardworking employees do, too! They are always happy to help serve our citizens and visitors with whatever questions they have or assistance they need.
Our welcome desk also has a number of informational pamphlets and resources for organizations and unique place to visit around the County. Also, stop by and say "Hi" to one of our two greeters, Diane and Lori!
