Ruby the Elf loves to help our Berkeley County couriers, who work hard throughout the year, to deliver mail internally across our more than 44 different departments and externally to the public in a timely fashion. They play a pivotal behind-the-scenes role that helps keep the County operating smoothly and efficiently.
