Berkeley County Government: Angel Tree Gifts for Berkeley County DSS faster care

Berkeley County Government issued the following announcement on December 15.

Ruby the Elf's motto is that it's more blessed to give than to receive! And here at Berkeley County, our generous employees couldn't agree more. With their help, these beautifully-wrapped gifts will make Christmas special for nearly 60 children currently in the Berkeley County DSS foster care system.
