Join us for yoga adapted for the young and the young at heart living with cognitive and/or physical challenges. Participants will engage in youth minded yoga activities that focus on breath, laughter, movement, and stillness. Inclusive and open to all abilities. On your computer? Make sure you have a webcam! On your smart phone? Just download the Zoom app! Family members and caregivers are welcome to attend. No additional fee or registration required.
This program is included in our four-part Virtual Inclusive Kids' Yoga series. Prizes will be awarded to anyone participating in all four classes. Select the Virtual Inclusive Kids' Yoga Series during registration to receive a discount on all four.
Pre-registration is required. $10/class or register for the series package for $8/class.
Registration ends 2pm day of the program.
