Census Bureau: More men than women in Jamestown in 2020

Of the 114 people living in Jamestown in 2020, 31.6 percent (36) were women and 68.4 percent (78) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Berkeley Leader.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 42. In the 65 and over age range, there were six females and six males.

Data for this story was compiled from the bureau's American Community Survey. Information from the survey helps to determine how federal and state funds are distributed.
