The Berkeley County Accommodations Tax Commission will hold a public information meeting about the Berkeley County State Accommodations Tax on Wednesday, July 27, 2022 at 6 p.m. in the Assembly Room of the Berkeley County Administration Building, located 1003 N. Highway 52 in Moncks Corner. The meeting will be an opportunity for the public / interested applicants to learn more about Accommodations Tax and how to apply.
The County will open its application period on Monday, August 1, 2022. Individuals or businesses in Berkeley County meeting the criteria of the Accommodations Tax Law may apply. Completed applications must be received no later than end of business on Wednesday, August 31, 2022.

The Berkeley County Accommodations Tax Commission will review all information packets and hold a public meeting on September 20, 2022.
