Families flocked to the student parking lot at Philip Simmons High on Tuesday evening to participate in a special Trunk-or-Treat event hosted by the senior board.
Seniors were invited to get involved in the event as a way to give back to support the whole Philip Simmons community. The younger children were invited to come out in their Halloween costumes and go trunk-to-trunk collecting candy. The seniors also got into the Halloween spirit by decking out their cars; some went with more "cute" decor, others decided to go a little more spooky.
Children were also invited to play different lawn games like cornhole and Kan Jam.
Philip Simmons High hopes to bring the event back again next year.
